Recommendation of use: - Let the gelatine inflate in cold water for 5 to 10 min. In the meantime, reheat the liquid you want to gellify. - Drain the gelatine and add to the hot liquid. - Stir till dissolved. No boiling - Let the preparation cool down in the fridge for at least 30 min. The gelatine needs to be rehydrated before being used. Recommended quantities: The gelatine needs to be rehydrated before being used. We recommend 1g of powder for 5g of cold water. Recommended dosage: depends on the recipe.
