Glucose syrup, water, cocoa, gelling agent E440, thickener E401-E407, acidifier E330-E331, antioxidant E327, anti-clusterring E341, preservative E202, colouring E160c, natural aroma. Allergens: May contain traces of milk, soy.
Recommendation of use
- In the original pack, melt the glaze in bain-marie at 50degrees C - Get your entremets out of the freezer and display on a rack - Stir delicately and let it cool down till 45 degrees C ideally. - Do not incorporate air when stirring to avoid air bubbles. - Apply the glaze at 45 degrees C regularly on the surface of the entremets. 1 layer is enough. Tip: the more your respect the temperature the shinier the result will be. Recommended dosage: 300g would cover a cake with 22cm diameter and 4.5cm height or 6 individual entremets.
Storage
Keep in a dry cool dark place. Once open, keep in the fridge.
