Recommendation of use
Recommendation of use:
- Mix the pectin NH with other dry ingredients
- Pour the preparation into a hot liquid while stirring actively and until full dissolution
The gellifying is take place while cooling down. Final texture is obtained after 24h.
Recommended quantities: 500g of fruits, 50g of water, 1.5 to 2.5g of crystallized citric acid, 3 to 5g of pectin NH, 50g of caster sugar and 540g of granulated sugar.
Recommended dosage: 0.5 to 1.5% of the preparation
