Clear mirror glaze. Ready to use. Ideal for entremets, bavarois and mousse desserts. This glaze has a stable texture that withstands freezing and deep-freezing, without any alteration to the glossy finish.This clear glaze is the perfect glossy finish for fruit tarts and pies, while preserving fresh fruits from oxidation and drying.
Also ideal for entremets, bavarois, mousse desserts, etc.

Ingredients
Sugar, water, glucose syrup, jelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid.
Recommendation of use
Ready to use Himalaya Glazes, do not add water. Becomes liquid by stirring, stir before use. Apply with a brush. Sets immediately on a cold support. Once the glaze fows from a spoon, pour onto the center of the cake (no frost), if not frozen, use an icing spatula to smooth the top and sides and to remove any excess. Refrigerate to set.
