Italian black cherries washed, pitted, candied and preserved in syrup and cherry juice in a beautiful decorative retro ceramic pot. Made from sour cherries, unlike other brands, their consistency is firmer and more crunchy, while their flavor acquires greater depth, since this type of cherry loses acidity when candied and acquires delicious shades reminiscent of almonds. Without artificial colours, they are perfect for decorating cakes, ice cream, yoghurt... but also for preparing sauces to accompany game meat or to be enjoyed in a classic cocktail, such as a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned.
