Recommendation of use
Indicative dose : from 0.8 to 2 % depending on the pulp content (10g / kg glaze).
It is recommended to dry-mix the pectin with part of the sugar, and then disperse the mixture in water while stirring to
avoid lumps. Heat to 75 ° C., the mixture gels after cooling.
